Are your rentals clean?
Yes, we take pride in cleaning and sanitizing each unit after it is used.
Are you insured?
Yes, we are fully licensed, insured and inspected by the state of Ohio.
What areas do you deliver?
We offer free delivery within 10 miles of Jackson Township, Ohio, and up to 25 miles outside of Jackson Twp. Additional delivery fees apply beyond the free 10-mile radius. Please check the delivery area tool on our homepage for an exact quote.
Can I pick up my rental?
We are a full service company delivery and pick up is all included in the price. If you are renting outside our service area and are renting a concession or small game then arrangements can be made for pick up.
What time is delivery and pick up?
One of our team members will contact you a few days prior to your booking to confirm the delivery and pickup times. Please note that our delivery routes begin early in the morning to ensure all customers receive their rentals on schedule. If your event begins at 12:00 PM or later, your rental may still be delivered as early as 8:00 AM. This additional time is provided at no extra charge and helps us maintain efficient routes while ensuring your rental is set up and ready well before your event begins.
Do you offer overnight rentals?
Yes, overnight rentals can be made depending on the unit's availability for those days.
How many hours does the rental include?
Each of our rentals includes a 6-hour time frame. If you need more time, contact us. Additional hours are billed at $25 per hour, per unit.
Can I use water on the inflatable?
No, water can not be used on any inflatable that is not intended to be used wet. If a dry unit is picked up wet there will be an additional $100 cleaning charge.
What happens if it rains during my event?
We offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before your event. If we begin setup, this forfeits any chance for a refund.
How far in advance should I book?
We require at least a 3-day notice when booking. Our calendars open a year in advance. We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your spot and desired unit.
What is required to book?
We need a first and last name, delivery address, event time frame, email, and a credit card on file. A $1 deposit will be placed on the card at the time of booking, and the remaining balance will be due upon delivery via the card on file, a new credit/debit card, or cash.
