Customer Acknowledgement Rules/Regulations/Contract

Please read and acknowledge each JNJ Inflatables rules and regulations. By agreeing you are acknowledging that a member of JNJ Inflatables staff has presented you with these rules and a contract that you signed agreeing you understand all aspects of the rules/regulations. You are also releasing JNJ Inflatables and its employees/contractors for liability of injuries or complications that may occur as a direct and indirect consequence of breaking the rules listed on this sheet with JNJ Inflatable equipment.

There is no silly string, face paint, gum or candy allowed inside or around the unit. The use of colored banners, streamers, balloons, tissue paper, or confetti is strictly prohibited. The dyes that are used in the paper products will permanently stain and damage the unit. There is to be no toys or sharp objects allowed in the unit at any time. These things can permanently damage the unit and it will need to be repaired.

Customer/Renter is responsible for marking any utility, sprinkler, water, septic lines/fields/areas. Customer releases JNJ Inflatables from any responsibility due to damage or breech of any of the lines mentioned above.

Please follow rules outlined in e-contract & rule labels on all inflatables. No more than 8 participants in a bounce house or combo at the same time. ONE PERSON DOWN THE SLIDE AT A TIME. ONE PERSON ON SLIDE STAIRS AT A TIME. NO DOUBLE RIDERS. DO NOT JUMP OR BOUNCE FROM THE TOP OF SLIDE. SIT ON BOTTOM FACING FORWARD TO SLIDE.

If your house is on a well system, we must use water that has been treated and free of discoloration. Even short-term exposure of unfiltered water will permanently stain and ruin the unit. The stains from this cannot be removed and are awfully expensive to correct. In the event of staining, you may be responsible to a cleaning fee up to full replacement cost of the unit.

Unit must be deflated if winds or wind gusts are to exceed 15 mph. Staff members will show you how to do this. Do not use in heavy rain or thunder storms! Please watch for weather update texts from our staff.

If you are keeping the unit overnight, please inflate the unit on the morning of the pick-up. This will ensure that it is ready for our staff’s arrival, it will help shed water/dew, and prepare the unit for cleaning and sanitizing. The unit is NOT to be moved, rotated, placed on concrete by anyone other than a trained member of JNJ Inflatables staff.

Under no circumstances is it allowed for any kind of animals to be in the unit. If reminisce of any kind of animal hair or prints is found in the unit a cleaning fee will be charged to the card on file.

By signing the terms and conditions I acknowledge that if any of these rules are not followed, I will be responsible for the cost of damages incurred. Damage repairs include but are not limited to excess cleaning, professional repairs/sewing, or complete replacement of damaged unit. Should this occur, you will be sent a bill and your credit card will be charged. I AGREE TO FOLLOW ALL RULES OUTLINED IN THIS ELECTRONIC CONTRACT.
